Check the Dell support website for your region to see if there are any updates. If there isn't any sound out of one speaker, you can check the wiring to see if it is disconnected or damaged. ![]() If the speaker is distorted, like it is blown but still emits sound, then replacement would be best, otherwise disconnecting that one speaker would allow for you to still hear things out of the other speaker.
